"My experience has been great so far! My apartment is newly renovated and gorgeous. I love all the little extra details and the layout is amazing. Candace has been wonderful to work with! She responded to all my emails and phone calls promptly. She made everything really easy and smooth. Moving from another state can be stressful. I’m so glad I was able to work with someone as efficient and caring as Candace!"

"When it was owned by Picerne it was great! Now it’s trash. Very ghetto and hardly safe. Our cars have been broken into multiple times and all they say is to make a police report. The parcel lockers and mailboxes get broken into constantly (The mailmen/ladies even tell residents to have their packages picked up from their local mail station as they’ve told the office managers multiple times and nothings being done about it). The smell of weed is everywhere. The pools are always out of order. Our rent is currently $1,640 and with all their amenity fees we end up paying over $1,900 each month. The maintenance team has gotten better but I will continue to say it until we move out. Picerne was way better than this company hands down."

"This has to be one of the cleanest and nicest apartment communities we have lived in, in Vegas. We scheduled a tour with the leasing manger Keely, who is the sweetest and is very helpful though this moving process. She showed us a beautiful 2 bedroom with a small backyard extension and we instantly applied for it! The overall process of apply was a breeze and we got a call back in less than a week once everything was processed. On move in day everything went seem less we signed all the necessary documents and we were even given a Presley at Whitney ranch water bottle! We moved into a very spacious renovated 2 bedroom which includes laminate wood flooring, a very modern white with matte black details style apartment. In our first week here we’ve been invited to community Saturday brunch as well as enjoyed a taco truck that was on site. This is just the beginning of what the Presley offers! They are a very community oriented company and we are so happy to have found our new home here!"
