"Absolute great experience. The maintenance guys fixed all that needed to be fixed. Great experience as always. However, we need to increase security for the parking lot, due to crime and break in increase. My car was vandalized and spray paint. We need to work on keeping these gaits locked more to prevent home crime. It's nice to feel safe in your own home."

"2 days after I moved in. My car was vandalized, In a gated community with security patrol this should not happen. I filed a police report and notified the office. Nothing will be done. the office does not read e mail. It collects money and preaches regulations. Do not feel safe. This place is full of Nevada low life. 10/15 Sunday at 7:30pm Entrance gate is letting cars follow in. I closed ped. gate.. Exit gate is wide open. No security patrol on property. Update Feb 29 2024. I emailed office with lease issues on Feb 14 2024. Apparently the crime task force is too busy chasing traffic. Nothing has been done about open exit gate at all hours. I took videos .Security does not close it. Be aware that any renters or car insurance will not cover your personal losses."

"The leasing agent could not read or write proper english, (have proof of emails) which allowed me to be misinformed multiple times and was unfortunately unable to move in because of the multiple miscalculations of move-in costs. This place was unprofessional. They refused to own up to their mistakes and honor the price I was told and that was verbally confirmed by the agent. I truly felt like I was being scammed by the amount of times they changed the price because of all of the “miscalculations” the agent made."

"Really wish these reviews were honest, as they give you "points" for leaving reviews. I moved in prior to the current management company and I loved it here. It was quiet, clean, never had issues and prices were fair. The new company came in and suddenly charges and fees went up. When I went to renew they claimed they couldn't negotiate rent as I was in an "upgraded unit" I wasn't. Then suddenly we started having alot of break in, vandalizing, homeless in the "gated community". Because the gates were always open/broken and "security" would only pull in, park and leave after 30 mins. I had my truck windows broken out twice in two months. While parked next to my building. Not once did security get involved. I got police reports each time and informed management, each time I was ignored. The maintenance men walked past me several times as I cleaned the glass out of the parking lot, not one of them addressed me nor the glass all over the parking lot. The vehicles all have to be registered, so they couldve informed me hours prior to me discovering it, yet recieved nothing. When I asked management what can be done I was told a slew of excuses, from "crime has risen in the area" and claiming they had no knowledge of the incidents. Despite me telling them I had reports. The final nail on the head was that I was basically forced out of my unit after falling behind one month, after almost 2 years of solid, on time, rental payments. Because they have a "no partial payments" policy. They offered no real solutions other then pay or vacate. When I decided to vacate they still threatened to file eviction on me. Now they're trying to charge me an absurd amount in fees, claiming I left with no notice, breaking lease etc etc. Management will do little to nothing for you, feed you nothing but excuses, they will charge for every dumb thing they can. Like most places now, they want your money and provide little else. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at this point, they are putting no real effort as the prior management did and the area and quality, is just not worth the cost they're trying to charge."

"Communication and customer service during my inquiry was amazing. Yacxara is really friendly. But my review is about the apartment complex itself. They have a bunch of nonsense charges added to the monthly price that’s not listed in the rent. And although all apartments do this, I’ve never seen it to this extent. The rent price looks affordable at first, but that’s just a bait to get you in the door. So many costs that’s usually just included in the rent is separated into their own hidden fees. So in the end, the price is the same as everywhere else, but with less to offer. The biggest dealbreaker was the laundry room. It’s located outside on the porch in a tiny little closet with not even enough room to fit a basket."
