"Great place to stay, other than being woke up at the CRACK of DAWN daily by the landscapers. Particularly this one teenager going HAM with his leaf blower, blowing tons of dirt into my apt daily. It's not a toy lil boy it's annoying as all hell to be awakened by this each and every day, let alone to have to clean up the dirt in my living room on a daily basis."
"I think in a way it would be a nice place to stay for a while when I stayed there the atmosphere was pleasant lot of kids running around the elevators work when they wanna work, manitance is no good my they came to check for water leaks my toilet wasn't working and they never came back to fix it so for about 3months or so I've been without a toilet and like a fool I'm still living without a toilet, yes paying 400.00 a week now you tell me if this place is worth it I truly wish I could find something better regardless of the rent I wouldn't be here"
"I love it here The people in the office are amazing especially.Monse and courts Every time I pay my rent or I have a question. They are always nice and sweet and explain it in a nice and kind way I wouldn’t ask for a better place to stay to get on your feet and I give them all a five star if I can give them more stars I will and out of 1% to a 100% I will have to say I give this place a 100% The rooms are very neat and nice"
"Laundry room literally has 1 machine that kind of works and half the time it eats your money. Other tenants let their kids scream and run around outside after 10pm throwing garbage and rocks outside of our doors and the office does nothing about it. All of their employees are very nice and understanding except 1 office woman with red hair. She is rude and short with everyone no.matter what the situation is. This is only a place you'd stay as a last resort. Rent was raised and you can't use ANY of the supposed amenities due to them being closed or not working. So you will still have to go somewhere else to do laundry."
