"I went to look at these apartments the lady in the office did not greet me nor did she ask me to come she talked to me while she was sitting at her desk and I was peaking through the door I didn’t know rather I should go in or leave so I just left and I didn’t even return for my scheduled tour if the manager or whoever she was rude even before I took a tour just imagine how she would be if I moved in y’all need to do better as far as customer service"

"An issue isn't resolved if I'm told to call the office. When you call is because they're going to tell me again they can't do anything about the neighbors smoking weed in their apartment and the smoke getting into my apartment. I can get randomly drug tested at work and I don't want to loose my job and then I can't pay rent. ITS ON THE LEASE AGREEMENT NOT TO BE SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT, ENFORCE THE LEASE!"

"Landscapers will cover your car in dirt and dust with a leaf blower. Creating micro scratches if you care about your car and paint this isn’t the place for you. It’s not like it’s hard to hire someone who respects the property they’re working on."

"This place deserves zero stars. The experience was absolutely a joke they have missed quoted us for rent Twice and the whole place was extremely inhabitable, but with the incompetent management that they have wasn’t able to get to the root cause of any problem. Here is a list of cons that you would like to know before moving into this disgusting place (Ps. Management won’t tell you) 1. Everyone works hard for their stuff, and when their stuff is vandalized by kids, running like animals with no supervision is very hard to enjoy your place to stay. Don’t get me started how they weaponize there children into panhandlers for their parents addictions. 2. It’s infested with cockroaches, and with other pest. It’s absolutely embarrassing. When you invite anyone to come over and the first thing that they see coming up to the parking lot is an army/brigade of roaches everywhere. 3. Maintenance can never get it done. The maintenance people will rather blame you for any problems that you report. Also another reason why this place makes it very inhabitable would be that the air conditioner has broke five times during the wave of heat. Then has the audacity to blame us for their faulty air unit 4. Absolutely disgusting with trash everywhere and with dog feces in every part of the complex 5. People that drive here, sometimes cannot even park and will double park your vehicle, and you will have no choice but to be trapped in, and wait for a tow but ounce called they will take a while to get there. 6. The biggest satire is that they rented a place to us, saying that it was renovated when in reality it wasn’t it had old electrical panels that needed to be updated and the short circuits between outlets was ridiculous. This place is a walking hazard amongst people, especially if you’re hard-working. 7. They have been gates, opened and unsecured for quite some time, and I do not feel safe with the amount of homeless that roams within the complex. This is only a list that touches the tip of the iceberg. There is many more to list, but that will be just wasting my time. I wish the best for anyone that rents with Accent on Sahara, but do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. This place will not do your family any justice and for the price point that they try to sell you a “”renovated”” apartment is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t believe me?! Here’s the evidence."
