"The property is beautiful The apartment was exactly what I needed the availability is what I needed however they told me they accept the section 8 vouchers My voucher is $1,578 The rent is only $1,300 however they're telling me I need to make 2.75 more than the rent. When accepting section 8 vouchers you only require the perspective tenant to make 2.75 times THEIR portion of the rent. while I'm disabled my portion is only going to be between $0 -50 therefore I'm only required to make about $130. I can show bank statements and provide a notarized statement as to where the money comes from monthly however I was told that I wouldn't get approved and that I could not ask for a reasonable accommodation to set aside that portion of their tenant selection plan, so that I can apply for the apartment and be approved, considering my voucher would cover the rent. Yadira, is very helpful and working wonders under stressful circumstances, however as a prior prop mgr, I feel she may just not be well versed in qualifying a HCV holder. I wish her the best. Really wish there was a way to move their it's what I need."

"Our new manager has been great! She has listened to each and every concern and request that we’ve had. She follows up with us to see how we are doing. She has also replaced our old washer and dryer machines that everyone uses. At first they were hard to get used to but now it’s so much easier to do laundry."
