"Unprofessional was told I qualify for the resident but never took a tour of the the building, I called to see what the unit looks was taking to a empty unit which I was told all the units were the same ok I understand that. I informed Bianca that I wanted to move in December which she stated no we need to close the account soon as possible which was now November 30, so due to a family emergency I let them know I could not move on this date so Len and Bianca sent me a email with a lease for me to sign by November 30 without seeing the unit in which I was supposed to be giving they informed me that the unit was basically paid for and I would just pay when I returned back to las Vegas I was told for tax purposes I needed to hurry and sign the lease. So question would you buy a car without test driving it no. So since returning back home I was told that I could not receive my 250.00 refund in which it doesn't State no refund on their website so the I don't write reviews but In my opinion they are using senior to Strong arm them with no options to get tax money for boost their rentals would not recommend to no one. And I have all the text messages from them if I I wanted to go further I will be calling the BBB office and letting them know about the fraudulent practices at this facility to get residents in ."

"I worked with bianca from rochelle pines and she was very rude. Tells me things that wasnt true then tries to blame me for it. She has life issues that shes bringing to the workplace. And i know because she told me about it when i was filling my application. She vented about her personal life and made me very uncomfortable."

"Residents here are overall great, and the sense of community is evident by the lobby always having people in conversation, and community events happening all the time. Great place to live."
