"I'm very happy living hear. It's going on a year in two months time and it's been truly great. The staff are very friendly and helpful when you need them. I had a maintenance problem and the maintenance man was on the job in no time. He had my toilet back in service in no time. Very friendly guy I might add. Not only did he correct the problem, but he also gave me a few tips to keep it working properly, thank you!!!"

"I put a work order in because of me not being able to judge the distance. I managed to put hole in the wall with my power chair. The maintenance man came in. They fixed it and made the wall of brand new like it was never anything wrong with it and I was shocked to see they even cleaned up after theirselves. Thank you maintenance men. I very well appreciated it . Good job well done."
"Wonderful... The office staff are wonderful, friendly and caring and make you feel welcome. I moved in my apt in a timely manner shoutout to. Ms. Victoria one of the leasing agents she definantly got the job done!! And best of all, it's quiet... Washer an dryer inunit ..spacious and clean."
