"I moved in August 1st everything's been going good. I see a few little roaches, but nothing crazy I can actually say it's nice and quiet. So far. No complaints on my end as a new tenant, I'm digging the bew make over can't wait till the pool is open!!! Appreciate the manager so much!!! GREAT spot to start"

"If you're thinking about moving in here you better have lots of money for rent and bug spray because this complex is losing the bug war. Many of us have been here for 10, 20, and at least one lady that's been here 28 years. Years ago these owners sold Desert Rose Apt's next door and three years ago Desert Rose came back and bought Summer Place. They raised our rent every year and the rent is now $770 a month. They painted their buildings outside and put up security gates, but the entrance gate opening is hit or miss and the exit gate has been wide open for months. These new owners know we're mostly seniors, yet they keep raising the rent because they can."

"Wanted to give zero stars but I needed to leave a review.. my husband and I lived there and the new management is rotten.. my husband passed away and he had signed the lease 4days before he died.. while I was working. The office manager knew us had no problem.until he died.. they made me believe they would put me in a different apartment so they can remodel.. they took my next months rent no problem.. until July.. at the last min of her shift she put a notice on my door to vacate that I was trespassing.. are you kidding me.. I wasn't a roommate .. I was his wife since 2011 and my husband died.. they didn't care ... They were going to put me on the street not even knowing if I took care of my husband final expenses . No regards for human life or any compassion for his grieving wife. The manager IGNORED ALL MY EMAILS.. They are only there Monday wed and Friday and majority of the time office door is locked and blinds closed.. they are the worst.. many roaches.. I am glad I moved. She gave me 4days I was gone a day before then.and now have better.. way better and a super cool manager that has a heart.. It may be cheap there.. but there is a huge reason why.. be aware.."

"I had lived at Summer Place for 3 years until a new owner bought the complex. He walked in and raised the rent. One year later he came back with a fresh lease and wanted to raise my rent to $550 a month so I moved out. That's not a lot of rent for Vegas but it is for these apartments and neighborhood. They were painting the building's outside and adding a security gate but nothing in our units. They have window ac units in the wall but they are mounted at the ceiling and they are, can't hear your tv loud. I needed a refrigerator the first year and they traded mine for another junker and it came with squatters. Roaches, there's a he'll of a bug problem there."

"Really quite and nice, comfortable place to live in. Good neighbors, security at night, management were friendly and would always take care of any necessity that I would have regarding any maintenance. Perfect size for a studio and love it that it's already furnished. Fair price for rent as well."
