"Drug and crime infested homeless hangout. Open air drug use everywhere… complex does NOTHING about it. Maveric brings down the entire neighborhood and should be torn down. Very unsafe place to live."
"Run and run farrrrrr. Disrespectful smokers sitting outside your window smoking crack, playing loud music, fighting all hours of the day and night especially. Management gives your mail and take your money. NOTHING gets fixed, bookoo roaches. Really need to tear this place to ground zero."
