"The new management here is amazing. MJ is the manager and Lily is the leaser. This place was going downhill not going to lie… we’re connected with the property that the office is based at, ‘Cotton Wood Creek’ and they’re planning for some really big changes for both and I can’t wait for them! We’ve had some bad apples and some wishy washy things that have happened but there’s already been plans implemented on what needs to be done and for that I know I’ll enjoy my time living here for a while. "Sure this wasn't the most attractive place when I decided to move in, but at a moments notice this is what was available. I was excited to move in because the area looked calm for the most part. I paid $4,000 in advanced because I had just gotten a new job and my stubs weren't "proper". At first everything seemed normal, but then it all went downhill. Their definition of "remodeled" is slapping some paint over old or worn areas and reusing old parts. The hot water valve from the shower was leaking when I moved in but when I told them, their response was "is your water still running though?". So after about a month I have no hot water throughout the apartment because the boiler doesn't hold the water to heat it because it is leaking 24/7 and now the tub is leaking. Not to mention they forced a bigger sized door knob mechanism in the bathroom door which wouldn't let the door open and i had to remove it to get in. I got locked out of my apartment and when I called maintenance they said they weren't doing lock outs anymore so I had to pay $350 to get a locksmith to open it. There are so many things wrong with this place I can write pages on it! Then they have the audacity to raise the rent for a jacked up outdated studio to over $1000! Then they keep my almost $1000 deposit. The last straw was the homeless people that started living in the parking lot that have an actual camper and cars now, plus several others that hang around there. They have done nothing about the homeless people but constantly harass tenants and raise the living price. Look elsewhere unless you have several thousands to give away."

"There is a pool on the mojave side but it's filled with dirt and bushes nowhere for anyone to swim. Some of the refrigerator's here are not updated properly. Very noisy neighbors with no respect for the disabled and elderly. There are no proper wheelchair access for these apartments/walkers or canes and automatic wheelchairs. The sidewalk here at Mojave apartments are very bad There are multiple cracks Nobody takes care of the Mojave apartments when it comes to maintenance inside the apartments and they don't ensure the safety of those who are disabled. There has to be some new management these managers are breaking their own rules on the lease agreement allowing some neighbors to do drugs within the apartment. The Mojave apartments have never been updated with new wood every time a neighbour jumps the walls crack even louder. These apartments are not updated for earthquakes. The last major storm we had blew off the whole entire roof of one of the Mojave apartment complexes. It took them about 5 days to finally do something about it. If your looking for peace and quiet at night time you will not get it here. Some neighbours here will spit on you from the second floor. Throwing tems at you and throwing water with chemicals at you. You can tell the manager about things going on here that should not be going on here at all and the managers will never do anything about it."
