"*** UPDATE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!*** I have lived here less than 30 days, and already the ghetto kids in the apartment complex next door, broke my window! Eagle Trace required me to file a police report before they would even fix the window. This place is worse than living downtown! The AF jets are extremely loud, and fly at 6am and 11pm. The problem is the complexes on both sides of Eagle Trace!!! They are WEEKLY RENTALS! Extremely noisy and bad crime/ police activity CONSTANTLY ----- 1/17/24- Police set off multiple flash bombs and had the canine unit at the apartment complex next door at 2:30pm. Completely unnecessary in a residential area. ---- I would give 5 stars to the maintenance team, alone! I just move in, and all of the staff has been extremely attentive and expedient with my requests. I called the office on Saturday (no one answered); so I entered a maintenance request into the customer portal, and within 3 hours, maintenance was at my door! After 5pm! I have lived in over 15 apartment complexes, and I have never had a maintenance service that fast, that was not an emergency! They even came back to finish another request at 9:30am the next day, on a Sunday! (again, not an emergency request). The reason I am deducting a star, is because these apartments are extremely loud! They are right across from the AFB and the NOISE IS EXTREME. These apartments were not built thick enough to keep out daily traffic noise. There are a ton of kids in the complex next door running around unsupervised, (no playground on site, just running around the complex), you can hear your neighbors, the jets, and the AF bugles everyday at 6:30pm."

"I have lived here for almost a year. It’s quiet on my side of the property and it’s well maintained. I haven’t had any issue with roaches or scorpions. I do get spiders occasionally. Maintenance is always super fast to respond whenever I’ve needed them. And Jhona in the front office is wonderful! The only negative is there’s not a grocery store near here, only convenience stores."

"I have lived here for 4 years. I would recommend living elsewhere. Today, I talked briefly with the Property Manager, Laura. She refused to even discuss replacing my broken appliances in order for me to consider renewing my lease. This after another $150 raise in rent. Probably one of the rudest people I have ever met. Not a great poster child for the community and represents the rotten fruit you will find on this tree. The location is in a very bad area. Police calls are extremely common. Gunfire is also something you need to be worried about. Olen Living owns this property as well as many others. BEWARE"

"I took off a star because they don't keep the pools and jacuzzis working and open all year like they used to, which was my favorite part about living here. The gym is a little run down, too, but other than that it's not a bad place to live. There can be occasional ants, but that's typical in this area. Some neighbors are noisy, but that's to be expected with apartment life. The security guys are nice, and I like having Amazon Hub lockers on site. The grounds here look very good (bushes, trees, etc...) There's a 7-Eleven, restaurants, a bus stop, and a mini-shopping center with a shipping place across the street, which is very convenient. There are also nearby liquor stores, tobacco stores, the air force base, the speedway, a few churches, and a few small casinos. Craig Road has everything you need for shopping, and a lot of decent places to eat. There's also a bus stop close by on Las Vegas Blvd which can take you to the strip in no time. This place is pet friendly, but you have to pay pet rent for each animal (no more than two). There are washers and dryers in each unit, along with a dishwasher, large bathtubs, showers, microwave, and patio. You get your own parking spot and mailbox. Rent can be paid online, which is nice. There are one, two, & three bedroom apartments. We've never had any major issues, but whenever there's a problem, we just talk to someone in the office, or put in a work order for the maintenance crew."
