"Horrible apartments when I moved in I thought it was nice come 7 months later, they’ve left us without a working toilet and no heat for 3 months we’ve been calling trying to get someone here and they say they have us down for maintenance but it’s been 3 months I highly doubt they are coming, then to top all that off they still expect rent. I’ve had problems with past apartments they fixed things within the nevada requirements of 48 hours though these apartments don’t care about you or the laws they are breaking. Didn’t wanna say this but it needs to be spoken about. In the summer our air was out for 2 weeks and they told everyone that ac is not a necessity even though everyone has kids and it’s over 100 degrees outside. Just sickening"
"My sister was the apartment manager here until she died from cancer in 2009 . I lived here in apartment across from my mother since 2005, I am giving this apartment 5 stars, because for the right tenant they are five stars. The management doesn't bother you, that is a big plus for a lot of us who don't want to be bothered. The more students that move in the greater this place will become. I just want to say, I do not think this is the place for small children but only in the same way i don't think a bar is a good place for small children. If you have section 8 and kids go to silver creek.This apartment is directly behind the brand new building on Tropicana and Thomas and Mack. This neighborhood is improving, I wats my home for a very long time, thank you Anna and Carmen, I wish you well. Thank you for everything over these many many years. This is a great place for college kids, you cant get closer to campus . This is a great place for adults who don't complain and appreciate privacy. Thanks again.Ken Husk, and Tonya"
"We came to this place because it was fast and easy to get into. A week after move in a pipe burst and we had no hot water for almost three weeks. The apartment was dangerous for my child and they refused to fix anything, resulting in us withholding rent and then getting evicted. I would never rent here again."
"This is a respectable friendly Community. I lived here for over a year already and I have had no problems and the staff here is very friendly. My neighbors are very friendly as well and very quiet. There are two pools and some barbecue grills that are great for parties. This community is excellent for children and is pet friendly. I would recommend Tropicana Village as a good choice for people to live in"
