"This is a horrible place you can ever live in . 1. staff are always busy and have no time for the residents. You have to wait long to get respond with an attitude that you live there for free Dirty place, full of bedbugs. Dangerous: shooting, robbing people on the St and people will break in to your apt right after you leave. The maintenance will never ever fix anything properly, They always leave something unfix behind and leave never return and you have to put another work-order."

"When I moved in, I had roaches. The garbage disposal / heat and air / dishwasher didn't work. It took 3 weeks to fix the heat and air, and my dishwasher is still busted more than a month later. They did get rid of the (seen) roaches for a total of 6 days in that time. I should have hired an attorney or withheld my rent because this is ridiculous. There's always homeless digging in the dumpsters, and I've never really seen anyone picking up trash around the complex. Maybe they're short staffed, but at the very least, I expect my appliances to work."
