"Great start from homeless to self Sufficiency. Spacious studio Apt. Mini kitchen, and bathroom.Mailbox Provided with key.Have to have income to qualify. Affordable rent, washer and dryer onsite.Only Downfall is no outside company allowed, and the fact the the apartments are located on Catholic Charities Property. Totally understandable. Blessed & Grateful"

"They must have the janitor answering the phone. Im from Michigan where St. Vincent is know for helping the community. He did not sound like he even cared to answer any of my questions, and seemed as if he had known anything he still would not have helped."
"I live here currently. Management harasses and nit-picks. You have to swipe a card every day, you don't get a mailbox key, they open and hand you the mail you may receive, there aren't enough mailboxes to begin with, many residents spread disgusting rumors about others, you can't have any outside guests, there are roaches, lots and lots of roaches, room inspections every month, two sets of master keys, and theives. I would rate this place a -infinity if I could. Staff, specifically day staff, is beyond rude, they ridicule people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This place is being illegally run as a PROGRAM, not as an APARTMENT."
