"Surprisingly this complex is well managed. The staff enforces policy and does not tolerate scum and villainy. I misjudged this place and would definitely recommend a stay here either short or long term."

"Simone and Daisy are two disrespectful office assistants. I have been living here over 7 months and no one has come to fix the leaks in the sinks for over 3 months of me reporting the leaks. I have made numerous attempts to get them to spray these roach infested units. The air conditioners have mold in them as well as the tubs. The floor is sinkin in the bathroom. The whole property may need to be inspected, buildings as well incase of a collapse. This place does not take care of their maintenance reports. How can we trust that we are safe and taken care of if the "office people" cant simply take care of their reports. It is becoming comparable to living on the streets."

"Between living there 14 years ago and visited recently, bed bugs and roaches are breeding over and over lol they charge so much just for you to wake up covered in bites. Don’t turn the lights off! Roaches in all cabinets and probably the walls. Better off at a motel 6."

"I have lived here for over 10 years.I have put work orders in and no one ever came. I have kidney disease so I have dialysis 3 times a week. I also have gastroparesis which makes me vomit all day long and stuck in the hospital leaving my 82 year old mother alone. The toilet had broken and my sister had placed a work order for someone to clean up the water. My sister ended up buying a new toilet and replacing it and buying a wet/dry vac to clean up the water. I have watched maintenance enter apts when there was an eviction notice and seal placed on the door. Since I have been here I have roughly seen about 6 different managers leave. My favorite manager was the one that had her brother move in and snitch on rooms that had a lot of traffic. A few days later I would see a notice on the door. Unfortunately the people that live there don't realize the steps they need to take to get their belongings back when served an eviction notice. Past maintenance employees have taken past items from evicted residents . I know this because my sister had a friend living on property and she bought her a portable washer and when she passed my sister helped her son retrieve her personal belongings and that item was missing. The manager was rathe rude and aggressive to my mother and I. I had been in the hospital when my sister had gotten stuck cleaning up the room for my mom. They had to turn off the water and my mom works so she needs the shower in the morning. The hot water is always going out. Not nice taking a cold shower to get ready for work in the morning during the winter."

"Simone has been phenomenal and extremely helpful in getting myself and my fiance into our apartment. Any time we have had an issue, she has been quick to thoroughly resolve it. Our experience has been great! Thanks again Simone -Bradley"
