"I have resided here since 2021. I like the location, it walking distance to Albertsons, Target, Walgreens, and other shopping and restaurants. It's located on 2 major bus routes, that run 24hours, which is good for people like me who don't have a car. Sylvia the manager worked with me to help me get an apartment here because I'm on a fixed income, and disabled. Sylvia the property manager continues to help me when I need help, in anyway she possibly can"

"There are no dishwashers. If anything breaks it's always your fault even though we have fridges from 1970 they are putting handicap and elderly up stairs not on lower units how pitiful god I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to live here there is no high speed internet access the bathroom has mold under sink mold up above you in the shower I can't wait to let the health department know"

"Went to see manager of this fancy Apts. And the manager has no people skills. Went to shake he hand and the look she gave me, you'd think I was a leper. Easy to see why they have a 2* rating on google"
