"My dad was living there while working in Vegas. The buildings look like a cheap hotel and need repairs. The living space wasn't bad at all though. Could use some repairs as well though."
"I live here now. Today is a February 2016. I like the location! Location Location. I love their security . I love the unit and all furniture. You can choose witch apartment do you want to rent. If it is old and bad do not take it. They have very nice apartment. They have a very nice tennis court, gym, and swim area. But there are lots of airplane flying about the Meridian. It is a horrible soundproof in the rooms. You can hear everything next door. You can hear every step above you. But it is very quite at night. So you have pluses and minuses. I love to be here, but I will prefer to rent upper flour."
"Everything you read about this company is true. They will scam you at every turn. Their units furniture is disgusting and they will promise to fix and replace things but they will not. I am amazed they are still allowed to do business. Even the security and HOA told me to be afraid of dealing with them. They also kept my deposit and I am going to small claims court to recoup it. Horrible people!!!!"
