The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to renew/extend my lease with Elysian at The Palms for the remainder of my stay in Las Vegas and I strongly recommend this property to all of the incoming residents of Las Vegas. "Love living here. Just renewed on my 3rd lease. So convenient with their amenities and surrounding businesses. The maintenance crew especially Alex have been amazing, my apartment still looks brand new because Everytime I need something done like a bulb replaced Alex is always around to help."
"This is the only apartment that I have ever seen my family 100% happy with the maintenance people. Eric was absolutely professional. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed how long it would take he was pleasant he didn’t make us feel like we were bothering him in anyway and I can only hope that all of the rest of the maintenance team is like Eric"
