"The staff is unfriendly, petty, and unprofessional. And they don’t care about the tenants at all!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! There’s been shootings and stabbings in the building next to building 13! This place is absolutely Horrible!!!!"

"PROS: - Convenient Location: Situated just 10 minutes from the strip with proximity to various restaurants and stores. CONS: - Construction Hassles: Difficulties in entering and exiting the property due to ongoing road construction. - Unpleasant Office Staff: The staff is unfriendly, petty, and unprofessional, offering poor customer service. - Safety Concerns: Not a secure place to live, as the busy area attracts homeless individuals who use communal facilities like BBQ grills. Instances of people sleeping on the premises have been observed. - Broken Gates: Both front and back gates are consistently non-functional, causing anxiety about unauthorized entry despite the presence of Ring cameras. - Porch Piracy: Frequent theft issues, exacerbated by the perpetually broken gates. - Compromised Mail Room Security: Vandalism of security cameras in the mail room raises concerns, with the management ignoring reported incidents. - Gym Issues: Locks frequently broken, unpleasant odors, outdated and lack of equipments. - Outdated Facilities: Especially noticeable in the outdated kitchen and bathroom. - Steep Price Increases: Substantial rent hikes after the first year of tenancy. - Unreasonable Fees: Challenges in getting the deposit back, as well as excessive fees upon lease termination or early exit. - Dog Waste Problems: Widespread presence of dog feces on the property. - Questionable Neighbors: Citing concerns about the quality of neighbors and tenants, with frequent police presence. Given the multitude of drawbacks and warning signs associated with this place, it is advisable to reconsider choosing it as a residence. The abundance of negative reviews echoes our own experiences, and the seemingly enticing offers of free rent may not compensate for the overall unfavorable living conditions. It is recommended to explore alternative, more suitable living areas."

"Ok so I lived there back in 2020. It's peaceful. But.... maintenance was joke. I had carpet I was too old it was new. (not true like in 2 months the stain came in. I asked to be washed 2 months later same thing stains were out. The handle of the microwave was broke I got charge now my husband passed away. I had to leave from there. I didn't have anyone to help move out yes I know there is a charge for leaving stuff. But $500 for two trash bags and a full size mattress. I let keep my deposit to cover that and they still charge me an extra $50 for "damages' . It was just my son (20) myself and my husband there was no damage (the maintenance only did mickey mouse jobs!!! Had water leak from upstairs and patched everything. They did replace the carpet just sent a pro for the carpet and later they char me for it. So I say, stay away !!!"

"Wonderful stay there!! Pricey but so worth it. The office is beautiful. So are the ladies there. Maintenance is also so great, and I wish I could have stayed. It's clean and pretty. And it's close to a lot and I will never forget. Thank you Gloria Park Villas"
