"I called and spoke to Carina, and she was amazing! She was so patient and friendly and answered all my questions. I am excited to take a tour and hopefully move in soon!"
"PSA so everyone knows what kind of gutter trash they're attempting to conceal with the murals: The southeastern building has someone living there who pretty regularly does mentally-challenged screeching (I have other words but they would be censored) at people walking by. This person drives a white pickup truck and messes with people's light fixtures and the building exteriors as well. I personally fully expect to find needles and lice if I were to rent at this place. Because the people living here are wearing-gold-bling-while-cashing-welfare-level tacky, and behave accordingly per above. I hope the management is smart enough to control their tenants like I suggested on the phone instead of inviting me to have a neighborhood chat myself next time I hear mentally-challenged screeching like I'm walking by a daycare center. Edit: If any tenants are offended by my generalizing. Or know this neighbor and the also-possible fact they brought home my hobo stalker (I know what they drive cause drive-by screeching) for a quick Hung Lo. Well, thorry. Not exactly proving me wrong though."

"Love living here! Friendly staff and I also love working out in their gym. They're doing great updates on the property. I can imagine that people that say negative things about the property just focus on the bad and the negative about all situations, you see and think what you are everything is a reflection of how you truly feel inside! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!"
"For me this place is ok. It might not be for everyone. Be sure to know what you want and need so you can be satisfied with your choices. I’ve submitted a few maintenance requests over the last 16 months of living here. All have been addressed fairly quickly. The location is good. At least 3 grocery stores in walking distance. Many restaurants in walking distance. Bus service with 3 lines close by. My experience with the office and maintenance staff has always been very good."
