"These people are crooks. The office manager took our $900 worth of deposits and took that money for herself. She did the same thing to over 200 other tenants. Then they tried to attach that $900 plus penalties to our rent, acting like we didn’t pay it. I have proof from my bank that this little ghetto trash was dumb enough to sign her own name to cash the check. Then they took my roommates info and tried to open multiple credit cards in her name. We have proof of that too. You know you are and I have all of your information and we will be in touch soon. You should lawyer up bumb."

"Nov 2022 to Nov 2023 Only here for one year but it is EASILY the worst place I've ever had the displeasure of "living".To start I came in to view a unit and they had me fully sign for this unit and by all accounts everything was ready to go,till they told me it was the wrong unit,showed me another unit super quick and I ended up signing for that unit (it honestly looked the same in the 5 mins i got).Then the very next day they say I can't move in for a week now and that I'll be reimbursed for the prorate (never got my money back for that week OR the power they had me turn on after signing,they used my power for a bill of almost 200 bucks for just a week) The management is an absolute joke,they have a new company or land-lord almost every month.(The newest clown in the office RPM has no clue what is going on and just talks you down everytime so you'll go away and then nothing happens.Never answers calls,lies to you and is never on time for anything.)Once i finally got into the unit for more then 5mins,I realized it was infested with all kinds of bugs,wasnt cleaned (found the food and stuff under the paint,food and trash under the appliances and almost a whole sandwhich and pot of rice under the fridge,super dirty and dusty anything you touched,stains and patched damage everywhere,broken knobs and doors,patched holes in everything.Since move in I've had non-stop issues in the unit they are always too busy or out of money to fix anything.I haven't had a usable stove besides one burner,oven doesn't work,garbage disposal has to be manually plugged in to use (which is a huge hazard it sparks everytime) you have to plug and unplug the disposal because the switch isn't connected.Fridge is uneven and food often goes bad due to varying temperatures.The cabinets and drawers were disgustingly dirty and just painted over before I moved in,you can see full objects under the paint ontop of the drawers falling out of place constantly so I never used them.Vinyl Floor is uneven,lifted,stained and unpleasant to walk on.Carpets are lifted,stained,rough and full of damage.My bathroom fan in the master never worked so I didn't use it due to the fear of mold.My dryer was iffy when I moved in and died shortly after in Dec. Numerous faulty electrical was found but never fixed,cause most things to go haywire or simply not work.Besides the awful units and management this place is infested with crime,I have never been broken into so many times,had so many things stolen from my property,had my mailbox broken into and felt in immediate danger weekly sometimes daily.Ive had to call 911 more then I ever have in my life and I'm almost 30 coming from inner los angeles.Homeless people roam around and cause trouble,criminals run in here with police following,people walk around with weapons,groups hangout at night and threaten/intimidating you.All of this happens inside the secure gates,right out your front door. Management and police refuse to do anything about the violence and unsavory people here and just thank you for the tip.The outside is always falling apart board's with nails,metal pieces,leftovers from fixing units and trash stacks up quickly around common areas.Also no poop bags since Jan 23 If you live here or plan too good luck and may God keep you safe,you'll need it here Update jan 2024:Was called out of the blue and told I'm getting a refund of some kind,let's see what happens will update Update Jan 2024:measly 200 dollar deposit covers like 10% of the money I lost here but it is something"

"I don't understand some of the reviews, some are mad that their application were denied, and calling the woman in the office "fat Mexican" just because she was busy. I'm looking for a more updated reviews from tenants and not from random interested inquiries. scorpions I think are everywhere in Nevada because this is desert, my be in high end condos like Veer and Vdara there's none, but rents are impossible. I think as long as the neighborhood is safe and amenities are complete, AC and electricity I hope are addressed urgently. I was there today to visit a unit, its very spacious and clean, I am more careful of the neighbors and what type of people lives there. For me, seems like its a great place to live, lots of trees and spacious area to walk and get fresh air. Very near in china town and the strip. I might fill out the application this week. Thank you Rosa for taking so much time to show me and being patient. I've been watching her since I got there at 4pm and so many people with simple concerns and she addressed them all! there's even one kid crying in her office because her mom just left her outside without her knowledge where her mom is and she has no phone or house keys . Her mom's name was not in the lease but Rosa was very kind enough to find a way under which name the apartment is, seems like her mom"s bf! When the mother arrives, no thank you to Rosa or not even bothered about her daughter . but I saw Rosa's face almost red because she's so worried about the young girl, she gave her chocolates and some juice!"
