"Went to cox cable to put my open account, found out Residences of Tropicana is has account which is to responsible for the cable boxes an remotes which was not in my apartment when I moved in! So I don't have cable, internet, so I'm not paying for something I do not have! Until I do I'll watch free TV"

"This place sucks and they charge you even after you don't live there anymore and it's a big roach infested problem. They get extremely hot during summertime . Not to mention I was pregnant with no air conditioning and roaches are everywhere smells horrible, they don't clean or spray property. Inhumane living conditions"

"The most ignorant leasing agent is there. His name is Shawn. He couldn't even find me an apartment to look at out of four of them. All his keys didn't work. He even walked far ahead from a blind man who was seeking an apartment as well, made him walk all the way up to the third floor, just to find out a squatter was living in the apartment. I spoke to a couple of tenants when I got there, and as an apartment building, it's supposed to be quiet, of course when the freight train passes, that ends that. Then I saw two different tenants picking garbage. Don't bother."
