"I have been living here for 6 months and my washer has been broken for almost 2 months. I have been down to the office and have spoken to maintenance and they state that there is nothing they can do. When I viewed these apartments they were beautiful but only on the tropicana side. The reno side needs an immense amount of maintenance and the complex refuses to help or even update you on the requests. Today they closed my request to fix my washer and yet IT IS STILL BROKEN! I am upset, I feel taken advantage of and I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone."

"I fore sure know most of these reviews are generated and not true. Moved in date they were still painting while we had our truck outside didn’t even know I was coming because of the lack of communication even though my documents said that was my move in date. Moved in and all showers/ tubs were peeling and they never fixed in the whole year I lived there. Left there apartment in wonderful shape with video proof and they still charge me 400 for painting even though I disputed it. Definitely a scam my warning is if you move here document everything, take pictures, have your own back because they will lie to take your money. Good luck!"

"Wouldn’t recommend this to a homeless person even if it was free living. Gated community somehow I’ve spoken with 5 current tenants about break ins and boy was I surprised. Car was broken into twice since I’ve moved here and have been here for only 2 months or less. I walked out and all my stuff was out side my car. I know there is security but they aren’t really seen at night as they usually stay in the front and may drive around. I remember when security was on foot or a golf cart not they have cars so they aren’t really patrolling correctly it’s more lazy every hour maybe they drive around. Once you call the office it’s really nothing they can do or care to do same thing with needing something done by maintenance and the apartments have major issues from leaks to doors that won’t close. The front door stays unlocked and doesn’t fit the lock area so you literally have to close and lock to avoid the door just flying open. I’ve been reporting everything that has happened since I been here so the right people have been contacted no one should have to live like this and pay rent. Stay away from these apartments by all cost."

"I'm not understanding the negative reviews about maintenance. I've been here for three months and had issues with all my appliances. They fixed or replaced each problem in a reasonable time frame. They fixed my dishwasher within 12 hours of my request. It's a big property, but my part has always been quiet. Staff have all been incredibly friendly. They keep it clean, I don't see trash anywhere. The move in processes was easy and fast. Overall a good expiernce."
