"I rent a 3 bedroom and they only give one parking space, every day it's a struggle to find parking when I get home from work. And they dont let you have your own bbq grills not even an electric one which is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Every apartment I've ever been too would at a minimum let you have an electric grill."

"The post is not from Jake as posted above. I am Marilyn the tenant here. I am borrowing his phone. Now just want to say that I have lived here for the past 10 YEARS. I love it here and always have to this date. Any place you rent here may be owned by different owners. That could determine whether or not you have a good or bad response to Maintenance. And any place you rent here or outside of this complex will have some issues that may be unpleasant, you just have to weigh it all out. (How bad is it overall ?) In comparison to the Qualities. I can say that I have a neighbor that annoys me when he speaks to people on his megaphone with his window open. He plays his music too loud, and it's all hrs. Of the night. (tho it is rock music that I like.) We don't speak when passing tho. Just not a friendly man. Still I don't see Crime here, or anything that I can say is unpleasant. LOVE IT HERE!"

"I have lived here for a year and a half and absolutely love it! It's extremely quiet here. I dont have any issues that these people on here are taking about. I have never seen a bug ever in my place, I have only seen 1 pitbull..Lots of small dogs and kids....I rent a privately owned condo so I have never even had to deal with anyone in the office so I can't comment on that...I would recommend not going thru the office and just finding a privately owned one and go that route"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Leasing agency is a joke, ROCKBRIDGE GROUP. There is a lot of pigeons, their waste attracts carpet beetles. When I moved in I expected it to be clean as if I was moving into a apartment. It wasn't, not so bad but I was upset that they didn't have the decency to prepare the place for new tenants.(especially w/babies) It seems like they kinda just do the minimum to keep the place going. I moved in the washer was broken they replaced it within that week. They seem to do a lot of their own repairs. The deadbolt broke and our keys wouldn't open the door they fixed it the same day. When the caulking in the tub was peeling and dirty they caulked it up themselves and spray painted it. Which isn't bad but to fix the gaping spaces in the door seal they used foam tape -_- which didn't fix anything by the end of the day you could still see the cracks in the door where obviously bugs can get through. When water heater broke it took 4 days to get it replaced. When air condition broke in the summer it took them more that 2 weeks to fix it properly. My husband had to drill a hole in the condensation pan for it to drain out into a bucket in the middle or our hallway. The contractors that were sent left a huge mess broke things and wore their boots on the carpet. The dishwasher was broken from the start. It wouldn't run through a whole cycle without stopping at some point. I brought it to their attention twice and they didn't believe that it was broken. The dryer never fully dried an avg. sized load. Brought that to their attention, they said it worked and just need the dry vent to be cleaned of lint. They cleaned it out same problem. I didn't even bother telling them again to save myself the headache. In the community gym both treadmills are broken. I've brought it to their attention and so have other tenants and they won't fix or replace them. In the 2 yrs I was there a main pipe burst in the community twice and the water was shut off for more than 12hrs. Couldn't bathe, use toilet, or wash any dishes. The gates at the front are always broken. There is always dog poop all over the community. You would think they'd fix things better to save money in the long run instead of just doing a careless job and causing more problems. If you do decided to live here make sure to inspect every nook and cranny and record every little mark on your move in sheet. Also don't expect your deposit back, you will be charged outrageous fees upon move out, and be prepared to deal with the horrible staff that always have an attitude and can't do their jobs right to save their lives."
