"Zero stars if I could ! Horrible place, they never fixed anything in my unit. Half the light switches were broken and never got fixed, front door didn’t have a metal plate or screws to hold the lock in, it was just a whole. The upstair kids were always jumping,, bouncing a ball and hitting the walls. Nothing was done about it even though we spent the entire year complaining about it. And the management loved to blame it on them being new which was every couple months on why nothing has been fixed or done about the noises. It specifically says on the contract no excessive noise but yet that’s what we had to live with the entire year! It’s a horrible place they do not care about you here!!"

"Been here 4 months, I don't believe there is a better place in this area outside of home ownership. Maintenance is friendly and helpful and has never failed to fix a problem for my family. The office staff is same way. The unit will seem smaller than you would expect because your garage counts towards the square footage. It is nice to have but that may be a deal breaker for some. The pool could be cleaner and I'm gonna be honest the gym is far from good. It is an excellent place overall."

"Do not move here u will constantly here your neighbor's slamming of the door it's next to the master bedroom . not to mention the master bedroom is always hot !! it's a serious garbage" issue garbage is always laying all over the place especially near the dumpster and homeless are always treasure hunting in the dumpster in the middle of the night cars racing up and down Craig Rd like it's the 95 bug problem they want over 3200$ to move in and u will see a U-Haul often this is because you can't be late with Rent more than 2xs if they tell u different have MGT put it in writing paying over 1800$ for rent I expect more !!!! last thing yes this is a gated community however the gate is outdated it's a touch keypad such a inconvenience especially when it's raining ."

"I'm completely convinced this is a money laundry scam. I was charged move out fees after NOT having a front door for over 6 months. Yes 6 MONTHS! I had to keep towels and sandbags on the door to keep the water out. They also attempted to charge me for having sandbags on my door. The "fix" they did wasn't even completed because water was still pooling on top of the door, which prompt me to move out after almost 4 years of being a stellar resident. I was tenant long before CalCap took over. On top the complex fell off when they fired Karla months after Jennifer left. It takes months for maintenance tickets to get worked on. My AC broke several times every single summer and it took them days to fix it. They advertise a pool, however, you will never get in it because they keep it locked even during the hottest days of the year."

"I’ve lived at Ravello for almost 6 years. I rented my apartment completely online with the help of the office manager at the time since I was moving from out of state. So glad I did! I can’t believe the other bad reviews I’ve read…I think it’s really nice here. It’s small, close to freeways, & pet friendly. Staff has been great, especially during pandemic. Karla in the office has been here a long time, just got promoted, and is the friendliest manager so far. Maintenance is fast and my building is pretty quiet. It’s an apartment so I know there’s going to be noise but it’s better than other complexes in the area. And the attached garage is a life-saver in the summer!"
