"The property is kept clean. The new management is easy to work. Regina has been very responsive and extremely polite. Other reviews saying negative stuff is nonsense. They probably didn't pay their rent! Dave, who attends to maintenance issues has always been attentive and I've never waited longer than 24 hours to have issues or repairs taken care of. He's always available Mon - Fri. This place is a great place to live. The apartments are fine and neighbors are friendly. If I had anything negative to post, I'd post it without hesitation. Great location also!"

"Don't not believe some of the Reviews. First of all there is no section 8 on the premises. There is new property management they have installed brand new top of the line stainless steel appliances. Wooden floors. My air conditioning went out this past July and they offered to put my wife and along with our pets up in a hotel. The trouble was that we also have birds. So they got us a swamp cooler. Never saw any roaches other than outside by the sprinklers just like everyone else in Vegas. So all of those reviews are from people who got evicted. No place is perfect. Enclaves has been home for me going 3 years. Don't believe that BS. Go see for yourself. You will tell in 5 minutes whether this is the place for you."

"The management and HOA are unprofessional. All they care about is money and not the welfare of the renters. When the bottom unit of the building , I lived in flooded with sewage water took a day and half to get fixed. Plus it took over a month for new rugs and molding to be replaced. The restroom sink had 2by4 wooden poles holding it up. Shocking but true!!! My neighbor across from me had to move out because of insects and roaches and his place wasn't repaired either. I am out of that place and living better.... Renters beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"The Enclaves Apartments are very nice, clean and safe. I have lived here for 4 months and never seen any police come in here every night or for even one night for that matter, no criminal activities and there is no partying and noise till 3 or 4 in the morning. It's so quiet here I don't even here noise from any of my neighbors. They keep the grounds, the pool area clean and mow the grass regularly, the garbage truck comes every weekday mornings and dumps the trash. So all those negative comments must be the ones who are having some type of issues not doing what they are suppose to do. This community is very nice, I haven't seen or heard of anything bad happening here."

"I can't wait to move out of here! These apartments are HORRIBLE. The community is so unsafe, filthy and noisy. There seem to be some CRIMINAL tenants living in this community. My car was burglarized and UPS package was stolen twice during the day. My neighbor's mail was stolen, too and we saw one creepy guy pacing in the mailbox area during the day. A questionable woman tries to break into the gym around 8 pm. Some male tenants look and act like PAROLEES. The police come in nightly because of the excessive noise (many "unemployed" tenants party every night) and criminal activities (theft, burglaries, and domestic violence). Since each unit has its own landlord, any problem in the complex takes weeks to be resolved (if ever resolved). NOT a safe place to live for sure. Many tenants just leave trash anywhere and everywhere. They even leave trash 5 feet away from the dumpster because they are too lazy to take their trash to the dumpster. Trash attract many flies and cockroaches in common area. FILTHY! Those unsavory characters begin partying after 9-10 pm until 3-4 am, playing loud music and smoking pot. It doesn't matter to them since they are unemployed. (and on section 8?) It annoys reasonable and law abiding tenants! DO NOT CHOOSE THESE APARTMENTS! YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY!"
