"Team members are the worst out of the worst! Never believe them and I think all the people who put the 5 stars for review are employees! Their worker is not good at all. And never be sorry and stay longer and you get mad at us! First of all, we applied application in person and she said she gonna call us by phone or e-mail, but she didn't contact us, so I called a lot of times everyday, but they never answered the phone! I also sent an e-mail, but they didn't reply. When she answered the phone some day, she said, she is taking care of my applicatio and don't worry. Even if I told them that she will contact us in 2-3 days, but again she wouldn't contact us. So I eventually visit them, they act as if they didn't want someone to come and make me wait for a long time. It's the worst!"

"This is horrible team member(office). The people who work in the apartment are the worst! First of all, they can't work very well and they do it too slowly. They never answer the phone and never ask for an email because they never reply. And even if you visit in person, they do not welcome us, they don't say sorry for the work and their personality are the worst in the world. They try to trick people and keep them waiting and eventually refuse to listen to what they want All the people who give 1 star rating say the same thing, and I can relate to it Don't sign this apartment if you want, but if you keep to sign an apartment, leave solid proof of it!"

"Been living here since April 2023 and what should have been fixed prior to move in still hasn’t been fixed. I even gave them 30 days of non-occupancy to fix, clean or paint…and Nothing! Apparently, window blinds are impossible to get in todays market according to management! I’m tired of asking for resolution, filling out work orders that won’t get done and I’m especially done with the fake/insincere sympathy during the face to face discussions with staff only for nothing to be done! Corporate obviously doesn’t care about the numerous complaints I’ve filed. I can’t wait for my lease to be up!!!! The weed smell is overwhelming (weird since it’s supposedly a non smoking community)! Kind of big deal (sarcasm), having complained/told the postal service that the mailboxes are occasionally completely exposed due to a bad locking mechanism. The postal service told me that they are supposed to have a double locking system to ensure the security of personal mail. According to the postal office, Luminous is non compliant when it comes to the mailboxes. I’ve this told this to management with no result. I guess I just need to accept/trust that no one is stealing my mail. If you’re looking for a location with loud barking dogs (more sarcasm), and you have a dog to join in, this actually may be the place for you. However, be careful! There are a few dog owners that don’t own a leash and/or don’t know how to use one. Having had the experiences I’ve had since residing here, the lack of concern to rectify issues (maintenance or otherwise), this place is not worth the money or the frustration. It’s no coincidence that my neighbors and waiting for their lease to be up so they can move as soon as possible also. A few are actually contemplating breaking their lease and pay the penalty just to be out off this location. For a couple months, I’ve reported plumbing issues that I believed was leaking into the apartment below me. Personally, I would think is an emergency plumbing issue. I have yet to hear anything about even at it. Good luck finding the manager or maintenance to voice your concerns. Corporate please call me! In response to your response (very generic and canned by the way). What you don’t realize is I’ve brought my concerns to you many times in person (2 different managers)…I’ve received no fix to my concerns. So don’t try and make it sound like this is all new to you and your staff!"

"We'd like to see a community BBQ maybe to get to know the neighbors and a better sense of community and security. Also, Danielle gave me great customer service before, been meaning to leave a review for that. Newer washers and dryers would be nice. I've noticed an update in security so that's good. Better gates and improved camera systems would be well accepted."

"Loving my new apartment! Kelsea was amazing and super helpful throughout the entire experience, from the tour all the way to getting my keys. My furniture fits and looks amazing in my new apartment! If you're looking for an apartment go see Kelsea and Cindy, they will be sure to take the best care of you. The apartment has everything I need and the best part is the full size washer and dryer. I am super happy that I decided to move here!!"
