Diamond Sands Apartments

"I’ve lived here for 11 months now. I love it. The greenery of the quad area is refreshing to sit in or even just walk through out here in this desert state. The pines give the vibes of mountains. Love the pool and jacuzzi areas. Haven’t been to the gym much but it can definitely use better ventilation. The apartments are somewhat old—like when we moved in we noticed paint over the kitchen cabinets and all that but we aren’t the first ppl to live here so of course it would have some wear and tear. Balcony is long and laundry room is out there which I enjoy because the laundry machines are not taking up living space. We already renewed our lease and are glad to be staying here as our first apartment as a couple. Oh, maintenance is awesome. I’m very grateful they’re quick to respond to our needs when things need fixing."

"I went into the office to ask about a one bedroom availability I have taken a tour earlier with Steve he was so nice. But when I came in and I spoke with Anna she was so cold and unwelcoming and when me and my fiance started asking questions about the cost she just kept rolling her eyes and breathing heavily like we were annoying her or bothering her. She is very unprofessional and felt like she did'nt want to help us by asking our questions. And also before i even went into the office i spoke with Anna over the phone and told her I was interested in a one bedroom and what was the total move in cost she told me an amount and i brought it in thinking i was going to be able to hold an apartment and move in. but when i got there is was a total diffrent amount it was $3000 and some odd dollars to move in on the first of the month and she did'nt even break it down what was the total amount going to."

"Very friendly. I love Steve & Anna. Courteous management and all staff. Fast maintenance. A wonderful place to live. We just pray the rent doesn't go up. We're on a tight fixed income. No room to budge. My husband can't get access to the pool to exercise and relax. Not enough bars for him. Nice areas to walk your dog but the grass needs water. BBQs, benches, pool, jacuzzi, tanning beds and exercise room. Locked patio doors. Parking for friends."

"Just moved out about a month ago and signed a new lease at another apartment complex. Didn’t have a bad experience at Diamond sands, but the price that I was paying was definitely not worth the outdated complex. $1,300 for a 2 bedroom pretty out dated appliances and thin walls. Neighbors were great and never had a problem, my biggest Issue was the office people were typically rude and acted like they never wanted to be bothered, especially the Hispanic lady at the front. When I would go in to collect my UPS boxes she would get up her desk and walk past me as if I were a ghost, when I would ask her for boxes it was a complete inconvenience to her.. I do have a dog and the complex was very dog friendly and have dog bags in some posts. What I did wish this complex had was a dog park or a little gated area for pets. Overall my experience was fair I would not call this “luxury” living it’s just a regular apartment complex.. Again it is a bit outdated and needs some remodeling. Although it is very convenient to the strip and a lot of shopping area. Maintenance guys were always on top of the job, when ever we called or put an order they were in our apt fixing what needed to be fixed. I do want to give those guys credit because they were great!"

"Diamond Sands is a great place to live! The office staff and management are quick to answer any questions you have and to the best of their ability. Maintenance is also quick to respond to any problems you may have with your apartment. The pool is beautiful and the property is always kept nice and clean and pretty. Highly recommend these apartments!"
