"Atlas Group has been the Property Manager for my rental home since May 2022. Their entire staff from Vanessa Zempoalteca and Erica Hernandez are both extremely professional. Always available to answer questions and if leave a message, a call back within two hours or less. Seldom have I ever had to call in to the main office but during those times, someone always answers! To me that is indicative of service-oriented company. I renewed my lease primarily because of this. During the renewal period, I noticed rental rates have come down significantly. I started my rental agreement during peak times here in Las Vegas back in 2022. Although, the rental market was much more competitive a year ago, I did not want to have to deal with the process and adapting to a new property management company. You know the saying, if it's not broke, don't fix it! Not being frustrated, waiting on calls to get essential appliances repaired, lack of communication was worth every penny! I decided to write this review because of my dismay that the owners of the home opted to not renew their contractual agreement with Atlas. I would like to have a continuity with Atlas and will be sourcing them to find my next rental home when my lease is up in a few months from now. Thank you to your entire staff for excelling in all areas important to a home renter. You really have made it a Home Sweet Home!"
