"My parents were charged $900+ for flooring that was previously damaged from previous tenants. We submitted a form to report damages to be fixed when they first moved but they came in to the house without anyone home and fixed some parts but not all of it. So my parents thought that was all they cared about. While my parents were living there for 6 months they covered everything with carpet and they were super careful about everything because they didn't want to get charged at all... so they were so mad that management still insisted on charging them for damage that they did not cause. Not a good company."
"It looks nice and clean outside but when you live here it will be a nightmare specially when you have loud noise neighbor this apartment made thin dry wall next to each others. this property managers don't do anything , they dont work on your work order promptly. and you will be suffer alone with stress, depressions, emotional abuses, please do not live here."
"This complex is beautiful everything is state of the art comes with everything you need. The pool area is amazing. The gyms are amazing. I rented here for one year and loved it. Met a lot of people had a great time. The staff here does a very good job making you feel right at home and making it feel high end They were amazing deal with. I will miss them greatly"
"I have lived here since July 2022. I have enjoyed it so far. The grounds are clean. The front office frequently has different happenings. At Christmas they had a hot cocoa bar and a gift wrap station. Also any issues are resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend it here"
"I applied and it took forever to get a follow up. I told them the timeframe for my move in and it was a overall unpleasant experience. I ended up in another property. On the website it says 3 days to receive any release to deposit. I haven’t received my money or a follow up it’s been a couple of weeks. I left a message for the regional today. I was excited because it looked like a amazing place to live. The service at the office was just horrible. You felt no inclusion. I love my new property and took it off the sole basis of how i was treated. I just want my money back that is owed."
