"Moved here from LA and it was by far the easiest move I've made. From the beginning the manager updated me every step of the way and made sure I had everything I needed when I moved in. The place is beautiful and has a 2 car garage which I really needed since I hear parking is a nightmare here. Anytime I have asked for something she makes sure I'm comfortable with who is entering my home and always calls me in advance. I have dealt with a few managers and she is by far the nicest. If you are looking for a quiet and well kept complex this is the place to be. Bonus it is close to the strip and a short drive to the airport."

"Where do I begin. When we first moved in, the neighborhood was alright. Then, it became very dangerous. So we asked to break our lease early and move. They gave us such a hard time and are trying to charge us a ridiculous amount of money for miscellaneous things. We do currently have an attorney and will get this solved. Susie Coleman talks about everybody in the neighborhood and tells everyone's personal business. She is the most unprofessional landlord that I have ever encountered. I could say a lot more about Susie Coleman. Trust me, you do not want to move here."
