The staff here are always on call for anything, whether it concerns maintenance or property management. Isaac, who is the lead maintenance supervisor with his team members, is always on call when something needs to be fixed. Nancy, our property manager, goes above and beyond her job description. They run a newly renovated apartment complex with great professionalism and pride. Tanya, who has always provided a service of patience and kindness, oversees that this team is always willing to go the extra mile. This is a great place to live. "Oasis seriously has some of the best staff we've encountered in our living experience in Vegas. Manny on the maintenance team is a treasure to have, he is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with any requests you put in. The front office (Tania and Nancy) were both so attentive and communicative through any questions, requests, etc. They always made communicating with them an easy feature. There is also a security team that patrols at night and they are also a team full of kind and caring people. They followed up with any security requests I had, kept extra care for our apartment when they knew we were away, and overall this apartment consists of some really great staff. Oasis is made by the people that work there and we were truly sad to move. Thanks guys for a great year and a half!"

"I needed a couple days to get my living situation together. I’m new to Vegas but weary of most low priced hotels. Phillip was exceptionally professional and gave me an upgrade to help accommodate my needs for free. The room is actually I would dare say way better than the D. Very clean property and rooms our modern with classic touch. Spacious showers and 2 air conditioners made it superior compared to most for rate. Only complaint is that I moved here in a hurry from Texas so I had the state mail me my new car registration tags. Parking lot is property of city but guest of hotel get it for free. But due to my tags being outdated I got tickets everyday. It’s more personal issue but didn’t effect my comfort at hotel. Definitely would stay again for get away.
