"I’ve lived here 2 years and they’ve been making great upgrades to the community. The new staff is friendly and they go above and beyond. I had a concern and the manager Esmeralda called me herself to take care of it. Would recommend living here. My favorite thing about my apartment is the designated dining room- feels like a little home."

Esmeralda the manager is so sweet and helpful and helps me if I ever have questions or concerns and gets back to me asap if she has to get back to me on something! "Monaco property is a great option to relocate. I am a snowboarder and work in audio production at the casinos. This place has good security presence and great friendly staff. Esmeralda is on her game with selling pitch and customer service oriented top notch I’d say. Her bilingual skills are great."

"0 stars if I could. I lived here for about 1.5 years. Apartment flooded twice and they charged me due to issues they never completely fixed or cleaned the first time (floor damage/carpet damage from flooding). You can't slap a coat of paint over something and call it luxury. These apartments are low level - don't let them fool you. This complex also is not safe. Many times the gate is just left open/unlocked. Damage to cars all over the parking lot. I've seen many people jump the fence in the back while I took my dog to the small pet run. Not safe. I emailed the office several times concerning a safety issue and my emails went unanswered and the issue became so severe it was led me to move out of the complex. They do not care. The only time you can really get a response from anyone is when you actually go into the office and they are not friendly nor do they care about issues you bring to their attention. I also reached out to their corporate offices because of the bill I had when I moved for these things and all the do is send you to collections to hurt your credit. I've lived in several states, many apartments and my experience has never been as bad as its been at Monaco Park. There are a million other options in Vegas for a better price and better product. Please do your research."
