"I would expect about $200-300 more in fees than what they mention. That’s the only negative. The facility is amazing. Always smells good and is typically very clean compared to other places. The walls are thick so you can’t hear your neighbors. Employees have been helpful. Maintenance shows up within hours of a request. Great place to live if you can afford it."

"I recently moved into the Parc Haven community and so far it has been a very pleasant experience. I rented the unit while I was residing in a different country, without ever setting foot on property. Fawn, my leasing agent, as well as the rest of the staff made the process very simple and painless. They were quick to respond to messages and made paperwork a breeze. It was one of the easiest rental experiences I've had. The Parc Haven building itself is well maintained and beautifully decorated. Situated in Symphony Park, it's just a few minutes walk to Fremont, The Smith Center, Premium Outlets and much more. My unit was immaculate upon move in and has a great view of Downtown LV. I'm quite happy with the location, the amenities and the staff. I think a lot of the bad reviews on here are fake, as many of them mention moving to the competing property next door. Do yourself a favor and give this place a chance if you're looking for a nice apartment, you won't regret it!"

"My husband and I just moved in on Saturday, August 28, 2021. Our move-in experience itself with help received from Maggie Velasquez and Krystal Gomez was amazing and couldn’t have asked for better people to have worked with me. Krystal was a delight and very accommodating throughout our tours and locking down the unit we wanted, even after changing our unit 4 times as more opened for viewing. Our move-in date was delayed the first time around, but it helped us make a better decision in the end. They even waived one of our fees for the inconvenience. Maggie was a huge help with reserving the freight elevators and getting us what we needed to move in on the first day. She has a very professional and friendly demeanor and is amazing at acknowledging residence and helping the leasing agents when she can. The property is beautiful, serene, art inspired, and the energy from the surrounding Symphony Park and Downtown with partial Strip skyline is exactly what we wanted. On the technical side, the resident portal showed we had a balance even though we had paid a day in advance. Since it showed a balance, I thought that maybe our payment didn’t go through, so I made a payment again and then finally showed a zero balance. A few days later, we see that both payments were processing through our bank, which in move-in costs is a huge chunk of money. Now we have to deal with our bank and get things resolved with management, which we all know can be a process. Another thing I am bummed about is that the Parc Haven resident app still says there will be a rooftop dog park, which I was told is a project that was cancelled and would be taken off the app as it is misleading. It is still on the app almost a month later. I was then told by a woman who seemed to be in management that a dog area would be built on ground level for residents instead, but I have not seen one or a sign of the project in progress. I noticed a lot of residents have dogs and I am sure it is frustrating and inconvenient for them also as we were expecting an area for our fur babies. That played a big part in our decision on moving into Parc Haven and not having that amenity is really a bummer. Aside from the hiccups, which I am sure will be resolved in time, my husband and I are very excited and happy to be part of the community in the area where Las Vegas first began. We do have to remember it is new construction and a brand-new property with new staffing that still has to smooth out the bumps, so for now it is forgiven. Thanks for welcoming us home, Parc Haven!"
