"My whole move in process ended up taking about 2 months but Cecilia Vallin has been diligent, considerate, patient, determined, and an absolute pleasure to work with in making Bella Solara my new home. Not only did she work with us every step of the way and putting in hard work the whole time, but even now (after I've already moved in) she continues to give me the feeling that I'm VIP status as a tenant in Bella Solara but I knew that's just her standard for how she treats people. Top notch service and two thumbs up from this happy tenant [and also his cat - two kitty paws up]. Thank you Cecilia!!!"

"Suuuuper lazy leasing office. They don’t do anything about anything that goes on in the complex, and they can’t even answer back emails to residents. I don’t know who they have working in the leasing office but they must sit there and watch YouTube all day or something, extremely hard to get ahold of and very vague in any communication if at all. Do not stay here this is one of the most ghetto communities I Have ever stayed at in Vegas, for the price you can find FAR better complexes, plus have the doors and cabinets are falling apart and they neglect to fix anything. If you wanna live in a trap house this place is perfect but for a decent place of living go far away Update : the leasing office is a joke… they failed to inform us of the most important information possible causing tons of issues due to pure lack of communication, whoever runs this complex is a joke, DO NOT STAY HERE I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THEM A CHANCE. Everyone that works here is lazy, they are unhelpful and don’t do their job."

"I became a resident in June of 2019. It was a great 4+years. The staff was always very accommodating to me. Cecilia is an Angel. I needed to to do a 60 early termination and she guided me through the whole process showing extreme patience. She provided constant excellent support whenever I had a question. My maintenance requests was always handled professionally and promptly. Troy would always follow up and check to see if all was good. The staff as a whole was very good to me and it truly made me feel thus was my home."

"The absolute worst apartments possibly in all of Vegas would not waste your time nor money. I don’t even know where to start with this place because I’ve been here for less than 2 weeks and so much has happened already. The move in experience was excruciating even after applying the unit I was supposed to move in to price kept changing. They charge a $300 admin fee which I don’t know for what because office staff do not communicate with each other. Not to mention I was told I would receive move in specials and now they no longer apply to me since I changed my unit, which was changed due to the random rate increase even after application. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign the lease. I can’t stress this enough VIEW YOUR UNIT the model looks nothing like the actual units the model also features this beautiful back splash that none of the units apparently have, and last but certainly not least my kitchen cabinet fell literally on my head a week after I moved in because it was not installed properly and none of the office staff even checked in to see if I was okay. My lawyer will definitely be hearing about this along with all the false advertisement of this place. The Wi-Fi is terrible also so if you work from home good luck and they don’t give you the option to not use their Wi-Fi you will pay for it regardless. My white marble countertop is stained from the previous tenants not to mention they decided to clean the carpets merely hours before my move in so I moved it with wet carpets. This place is terrible and after suing I will not be renewing my lease please do not waste your money the apartments across the street are wayyy nicer and very affordable."
