"Big props to those in the office, Brenda especially, who made moving in about a year ago an easy process and welcomed me in. They've been cool whenever I need them. Also huge shout out to the maintenance crew, who are very responsive and communicative. I read over some of the negative reviews before moving in, and it hasn't been my experience at all, as it's a good location and fairly quiet. I really like the place!"

"I never review but just want to warn future residents, I moved in 3 years ago when management was better and the place was safe and clean. Moved out recently, place has gone downhill, rent keeps going up, maintenance takes forever, people at office rude for no reason, and now there are car break-ins, apartments getting broken in to, and cop cars almost weekly."
"Very nice & quite. Grounds are cleaned every day. Maintenance requests handled with in 2days. 2pools with cabanas, a park, & 24hour gym. Security patrols at night, plus gated. Very friendly staff"
"This place is def one of the worst places I've lived in Vegas. The people who occupy it aren't so bad but the way the office handles issues is so poor. Upon 1st moving in there was a bug infestation for almost a week! and they never compensated us for it even though we lost out on food and other supplies due to it. Also throughout the stay the AC would leak and they wouldn't come in in a timely manner at all! Often you'd have to call the front office multiple times to make sure the issue is dealt with (maintenance people were cool though). The final nail in the coffin for this spot was them charging for a full carpet replacement for the apartment we were in after leaving. Our carpet just had some extra cat hair in it, no other major issues and their outside contractors said they have to replace it because of cat hair. That amount is worth our deposit and honestly would suggest nobody move here at all and even more so if you have a pet. (The location sucks too)"
