"Dog park has been closed for weeks. Mail has been broken since november. Maintenance takes a week to get to you. Was great a year ago. Edit: three months later. Dog park is still closed. Maintainers still takes days to get to you."
"I moved here 1 year ago and have had nonstop problems. When I first moved here, a predator was roaming around and it took a neighbor to stop them. Gates are constantly open which lets criminals in to break into vehicles (I’ve had my car both broken into and stolen). Package lockers break‼️They also like to look over balconies and stick a letter to your door saying what you can’t have back there‼️‼️ there’s too much to say. Some cons are a gym, pool, nearby stores/parks, the police department is right around the corner(although they suck and constantly speed up and down the road)"
"Avoid. Frequent flooding and water shut offs without notice. Apartment flooded 3 times. Front office offered to transfer us to a different apartment, but only if we paid for both apartments. Their package handling system has been broken for a few months as well. Very nice when not living in a broken down swamp."

"If you are thinking about moving here because of a specific amenity they offer DO NOT. I moved here in February of 2023 because of their large dog park for my dog who needs a fenced in, outdoor place to run around and for training purposes. I have PTSD and my dog is trained to help with that is AKC good citizen certified, ESA certified, and is on his way to becoming a certified service animal. This amenity has been closed for weeks with out a date end in sight. No care of empathy from management. My dog is unable to live in an apartment complex with out a dog park. Also in the past few months there have been two car break ins, the package lockers have been broken for weeks and can not accept packages with no end in sight as well. The gates break frequently and are sometimes left open for days. There are much better complexes to live in in Las Vegas."
