"I’ve been living in this community for 2 years and I love it here. The people living here are friendly. The apartments are freshly painted and remodeled nicely. It's also very close to the freeway for getting to work easily and back."
"Love living here the last 3 years as the greenery is well kept and my dog loves it. My neighbors are very nice and have lived here for almost a decade, we strike up conversation every time we pass. The groundsperson is always cleaning up the place almost every morning and are prompt to get things repaired. There is an amazon locker so i feel very safe having things delivered here. I like using the pool and the 24hr gym here. I would say during covid it was a bit rough with the previous management team bringing in some sketchy people but since then the company has changed and its improved so much. Also shout out to Odel the security officer, he's the most passionate about his job, he's fair and prompt knows so much about the field and does his very best to keep this place safe!"
"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Worst property management/owner ever. They are ghetto in how they handle any & all situations. They don't care about their tenants. Their maintenance team is lazy. I had to do many of my own maintenance around the apartment to even to live regular. They never fixed any of the issue we had moving in that were broken prior to move-in. There amenities never work: pool in the summer time is always dirty, the jacuzzi is always full of dirt because they allow kids to play in there. Fire pit & BBQ never has gas to use it. There gate never works, anyone comes in & out. These apartments used to be section 8. They still running them like they are. The area in the apartment is not safe with robberies at gun point, cars getting stolen into. #lawsuitintheworks"
"Have to say this place was amazing to my family and if I wasn’t moving to a house I would have stayed. For starters Patrice was amazing, and always available. I never had a problem getting my work orders done. The staff was always available and willing to help with whatever. The property is beautiful and always clean. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home."
