"Hello everyone, prior moving to Aspire at Grand Canyon I was determined to find an apartment complex with EV chargers! And at the time of the tour everything looked perfect and well kept. So, there are 7 stations with total of 13 EV plug in cables, and only 5/6 cables available, and %60 is unavailable at all times. I have tried to address the issue twice (and I am sure I was not the only one), I was rudely told basically “ it is what it is”…. Not sure why that is so difficult to fix. Looks like company scamming people with EV chargers and doesn’t have money to fix it or doesn’t have responsible enough management to get that sorted. Think three times if you have EV and planning moving into Aspire at Grand Canyon. Blessings."

"I only toured the facility and it looked very clean and organized. I live at the Aster which used to be an Elysian property and it’s turned into nothing but a dump so I’m looking for a new place. My friend moved into one of ovation properties and said the management team was on everything and she didn’t have to worry about all the issues that, we have it the Aster Dahla toured me and she did An excellent jog and explained everything about the property. The units are laid out very well for the square footage. I’m just deciding on where I wanna move."

"I cannot believe the audacity of this rental company. It’s like they held a sign saying, “Surrender your bank information or no deal.” I provided substantial proof of my employment and financial stability, yet, they insisted on obtaining my bank statement. I’ve been more than accommodating, even offering to send over 10 paycheck stubs directly from our company’s official website. Unfortunately, my generous attempts at compromise were met with unwarranted rigidity. Having been a victim of identity theft before, I have always been extra cautious with my sensitive financial information. I value my privacy and security, and it is non-negotiable. However, this company seemed to have little regard for such concerns. It raised questions about their real intentions - is it truly about verifying employment, or is there a hidden agenda? And to add insult to injury, they’re still holding onto my $350. Rest assured, I’m not letting that go without a fight. I’m working closely with my bank to ensure every penny is returned to me. Their lack of flexibility and understanding, coupled with their questionable demands, paints a picture of a business with questionable ethics. I advise anyone considering their services to tread carefully. You might just be their next target."

"Aesthetically, this place is perfect. It always smells fresh and clean and the overall design is magnificent. The staff is always kind and helpful and quick to respond to any concern i have. If i had any complaints, it would be about my packages being delivered but that has more to do with apartment living rather than this specific complex. 10/10 would recommend."
