"The maintenance dept at Morningstar Apts are awesome, not only do they show up when they say they will, they are always willing to go above and beyond whatever you called them for. I had a couple of other small things I needed and they are always happy to help! Instead of making you make another appointment through the office for whatever it is, if they can fix it right then and there they will or help you with something. I just wanted to clean behind my stove, and Tito , after fixing a few other things was nice enough to move it out for me so I can get the broom back there. I was so happy to get to all those crumbs that were down there. Dean and Nancy also always great as well! That’s part of why I’ve been here so long, thank you!! Toni S."

"My boyfriend and I lived at Morning Star apartments for a year and had a great experience. Super laid back and quiet complex. Unit was very well maintained and clean upon move in. Plenty of parking options as well. Maintenance guys were friendly and always on top of whatever we needed fixed and would come out asap for service requests. Location is less than 10 minutes from DTS and any store you really need as well as a few minutes away from the 215 freeway. You’re close to everything but the main road isn’t too noisy or busy for the most part. Nancy, Doug, and Jennifer in the leasing office were always responsive, helpful, and so friendly they set the bar high for us moving forward with any new complex we move into. We were new to Vegas moving into Morning Star and everybody who works at this property made the transition so smooth and comfortable for us."

"I have loved living at MorningStar, very clean and great neighbors. Everyone has been very helpful and assists with all of my needs. Nancy, Jennifer and Douglas are always very welcoming. Dean and Tito are always there for my maintenance issues."

Everyone is so helpful and nice and most importantly the maintenance man William is so helpful and knowledgeable and gets things fixed with a sense of urgency! "Morning Star Apartments staffs are an EXCELLENT group of individual who goes above and beyond to help. We moved my 82 year old Mother in the complex, and they have been overwhelmingly welcoming her, making her feel comfortable, and help assist with anything that are needed with our concerns for our Mother safety and well being. Over and beyond services that are required of them, especially in an apartment complex. We love the convenience location of the complex. We have met people who are in the same age group as my Mother, and who have been there for a very long time, and have no intention of moving because they love it there."
