"Lived here for 7 months. High rent and they kept my deposit even though there was not 2k worth of damages. Neighbors were super loud all night long. No carpets in to floor you can hear everything if you live on first floor."

"High Rent stay away. I lived here for over a year. Paying 1800 a month for a 2 bedroom. Small Quiet community, no playground for children, workout room is a joke. Pool open only during office hours. Maintenance requests are taken care of immediately. Very clean apartments and very nice office management. The company that owns the apartments are not from Las Vegas, California owned."

"Went to take a look at the apartments, (Luz or Liz) gave me a price different then what it was on the website. When I asked her why are the prices different she started making faces in disagreement and was rude. When my wife went back to see the apartment that another sweet hispanic girl (not Luz and not the manager)said we could see at the beginning of the month, Luz was the one to help my wife with another bad service and bad manner with her disposition not being cooperative with our questions. Luz stuttering words and been aggressively incompetent with her attitude towards me and my wife. Is this company that bad to work for that you take it upon the prospective renters????. They did not have any properties to show but where expecting for me to apply. The reason for my review is the negative experience dealing with unprofessional customer reps. I will recommend everyone to look for other apartments that are not treating their prospective renters with negative attitudes and to stay away from this apartment complex that are trying to scam people with different prices that they sell you for, but are different from their website."

"Everything in the apartment is cheaply made. The toilet paper holder constantly falls off the wall. The bath tub creeks when taking a shower. Have had several issues with the door knobs in every room. The blinds to the patio door always broke off so just used a curtain instead. The dish washer broke and was not replaced. Put a work order in, they took a month to come look at it and said it would be replaced but never heard from them since. It's been over 8 months and still no dish washer. The light cover to the kitchen fell and they never fixed that either. They mark the work orders as completed and you never hear anything from them after they come look at what you need done. Covered parking is not safe when there are strong winds. I've seen 3 of them fall over and the complex isn't even that big.."
