"Toured with Terri and also stopped in when Wendee was working with some additional questions. Red Rock Villas looks to be a very nice well maintained property with the most friendly staff I've ever encountered!"
"I was looking to move to a bigger home. I called Red Rick Villas and Wendee helped set up a tour. She was beyond helpful and kind. Showed the 3 bedroom which fits the criteria of what I was looking for. The pool/clubhouse is clean and well-designed. Overall this place was more than I expected and happy I called this location. Thank you Wendee, you made this process easy and stress free!"
"If I were you I would run for the hills. This place has been the absolute worst apartment I have ever lived in. When I first moved in there was years of dust piled up on top of the kitchen cabinets it was the most disgusting thing I ever seen like no one ever cleaned that place. I had to have pest control come out at least 4-5 times in that one year because it was either ants or spiders. I told the office of the ant infestation that was coming out of the shower faucets in both bathrooms and they acted like it was nothing it was the worst thing imaginable. When it came to renewal they wanted to lift my rent up $200 a month absolutely ridiculous when they were charging new tenants less money to move there. That is why there are so many vacancies at that place tall tell sign not to move there they will take you for all you have and even keep your whole deposit. This place is trash!"
"I previously lived here for a year before, foolishly, deciding to try living in Florida. As soon as my lease ran out, I moved right back Red Rock Villas. Ideal location, quiet and convenient to everything. Staff is always helpful and friendly."
"I’ve been a resident of Red Rock Villas 3+ years. The condo is very nice and well appointed, the community is safe, the grounds are kept up and Ash in Maintenance is great! Always on the spot when you need her with a great attitude and willingness to go the extra mile- and she knows her stuff! The office staff has changed over the years, but Manager Marianna, assistant Wendee and front line reception Sadie are a great team! They are always smiling and willing to help! They are professional and pleasant and value their residents comfort, safety and business issues and act with swift and meaningful solutions to all problems! I recommend RR Villas!! Thank you Marianna, Wendee, Sadie and Ash!!!"
