"If you have a dog and want to move here for the dog park just know that it’s almost always gross. You have to complain weekly for basic maintenance and cleaning. The maintenance supervisor does the absolute bare minimum and has to be told roughly 5-7 times. The office staff couldn’t care less. I think it’s probably like that everywhere though with these corporate properties. …In response to your response: You guys put up a camera for 2 weeks and took it down. You can’t even be bothered to replace the bags around the property. Half of them are consistently empty. There’s no way you’re putting up another camera and even if you do, there’s no way anyone will actually look at the footage and fine people. That would take some time and effort. The interiors, pool and gym are nice, however."

"There is no security or anything. My car was vandalized so as many others in just one night. Cost me over $600 to fix out-of-pocket damages. Anyone can just walk in, vandalize the cars, take what they need and leave. There is no security, no warning sign, no camera or anything. Property Management don't care as they just treat resident like customers. Just messed up, so unsafe to live here."

"Horrible management. I have moved out along with a few residents I have kept in contact with. You're just a unit number to them. Their staff is extremely unprofessional. There was a technicality on my lease and instead of communicating and working with me to fix the misunderstanding of agreements that were made by management which are not my responsibility to make sure are upheld, they screwed me. Along with bad management, they have allowed a lot of very questionable people lease there and it has turned very"ghetto". The pool was usually too dirty and cold to swim, also."

"I've been a resident for 8 months and have lived in a couple of apartments the fit and finish of the property is impressive. The build quality is way beyond that of some other new complexs, its clean and has a great 24 hr heated pool and excellent clubhouse/gym. I live on the first floor and bugs are rarely an issue or noticed even in the spring and fall!"

"I visited my son at the Pace apartments and stayed one week there. I found it to be very quiet. Had a couple repair requests and they were done quickly. The one complaint I have is each tenant has an assigned parking spot and my son works late and someone takes his parking spot. There should be signs “reserved” or tenant parking and guest parking signs in designated areas. This gets very frustrating. The complex could also use more security cameras or a gate. His vehicle has also been broken into. The apartments themselves are nice and the office staff as well."
