"I live in this place for a whole year and regretted it pretty much every month I live there the rent was $2900 for a two bedroom apartment at 1100 ft.². The management team is abysmal, not friendly, not accommodating the hot tub was down for eight months while I was there. The pool was never really fully maintained high high crime and more importantly, the clubhouse was consistently used as a party Pit every time I would come in in the morning there would be some sort of party from the night before that overflowed and was left a mess. The security is nonexistent. My car was broken into twice. My wife’s car is broken into once I had several items stolen from my vehicle management team did nothing. I also had an $85 charge when I checked out which no one would tell me what it was. I called the management company Graystar and they did not return multiple phone calls and emails one star across-the-board"

"My husband and I moved into tanager (building c) back in April 2022 and moved out November 2023, terminating our lease early due to the continuous decline of the property and amenities. To clarify, our move into tanager was pretty awful to begin with. About a week after moving in, our unit flooded 6 or 7 times with sewage water before prior management finally agreed to fix the actual issue. Key fobs stop working all the time, leaving you either locked out or the door open to anyone. On one occasion there was a homeless person sleeping under the stairwell (last winter) and on another I was unable to access my building for over an hour. If the doors worked properly neither incident would have happened. Upon move in, the internet was supposed to be pre installed and an easy hookup - took us almost four days to get internet due to the box being out of date. Fast forward to the new and current management team… they have let the grounds go so downhill. There are dog feces EVERYWHERE. Even if you say something about it or send a video of the tenets who repeatedly do not pick up after their pet they do nothing. Hallway carpets are disgusting and roaches are seen often. Prior management at least had an exterminator come monthly/ more if it was necessary. Finally, after move out I received a bill for damages that were bogus. Charging us over 100.00 to repair walls when I had asked the front desk prior to moving out if I should spackle the small holes from hanging pictures and was advised not to worry about it since it was considered regular wear and tear. They’re also charging 80.00 for paint, though I’m not sure why because the paint in every room was perfect when we left. Finally, they’re trying to charge over 600.00 (in addition to keeping our 250.00 deposit) to replace carpet. The carpet was left in like new condition! I’m currently disputing, of course. Bottom line, this place is a scam and so far from being a luxury property it’s not even funny. I haven’t even gone into all the issues that came up during our time living here, but hopefully what I did include helps someone not make the same mistake we did. The best thing about this property is the gym on site and proximity to downtown summerlin. The property management company is currently greystar - 1-1.5 rating on yelp. "DO NOT LIVE HERE **** WARNING **** there is high crime at this unit with no cameras on site to find criminals.. my unit has been tried to break into and someone took a bat to my car in the middle of the night - MGT did absolutely NOTHING and sent me a letter saying that they do not care if the residents are in danger and they will not let me get out of the lease.. i have been stranded because I am unsafe to go home The place smells like dog poop there is dog poop all over the grounds and no cell service The front office is filled with hateful people who do not care about their residents"
