"The most disgusting place I’ve ever lived. I’m in a 12flat that has over 30 dogs living here. It’s like living in a kennel. They bark day and night and some howl. The buildings are disgustingly filthy. Every Sunday morning several cars block our garages and play loud music for about three hours while they load up for their businesses.My apartment flooded twice in a week when the hot water heater broke. They refused to clean my rugs from water, grease, dirt and mold. My car was stolen from right outside my door. It had previously been broken into twice. I’m a retired Chicago Detective and this is the worst place I’ve ever seen that humans are supposed to live in. It’s worse than Cabrini Green. Way worse."

"We have loved living at Talavera. The location and proximity to everything and anything you could need or want is amazing. The move in process was super simple and easy, especially after a 16 hour drive. All of the staff is so kind and helpful we will definitely be sad when we have to leave here because we have really enjoyed our time in Summerlin."

"Poor advertising. Don’t advertise one price and then I get there and tell me a completely different price and tell me prices change daily. That don’t even make sense. Then you get there and they have all these additional fees over $200 more than the advertised rent. Plus a per pet fee. So you should probably just include the extra fees into your rent advertisement. Cause what y’all doing is damn near false advertisement. Im looking to move to save money but with all the extra fees I would be paying more than I am now, I’m not moving from a house to an apt to spend more money. I’ll pass."

"Lea is an awesome leasing agent. I'm a prospective renter and she showed us around with utmost professionalism and care. She was knowledgeable of the units and property, provided us with information that we didn't even ask for but were incredibly useful, and was clear and honest from the start. I'm looking forward to renting here, in large part to her fantastic work ethic (and the units are awesome, too). Thanks Lea! - Vin UPDATE: Jan 2024. Previous review was from September 2023. I receive no updates or any sort of correspondence from management or Lea, despite my emails to them seeing if the units I’m interested in are going to be available when I move in Feb/March. I’m on several waitlists and only had to find out after calling the office today that some are available. Deducted 1 star from my review for lack of follow-up."

"The layout of the units are spacious and modern! It is a great place for a pet owner, lots of grassy knolls and shrubbery. Maintenance is very friendly and responsive. The location is prime time! Close to everything. We are so happy here at Talavera!"
