"Would give them zero stars if I could. I was a tenant here for 2 years with a roommate, management constantly changes and it’s never the same staff in the office. The team tried to raise our rent by $300 to “compete with the market” so we did not renew. We gave proper 60 days notice and were still charged an extra 6 days for time we weren’t living in the apartment. They took our $820 security deposit and charged us $898.70 for a BRAND NEW carpet and have failed to provide any evidence of damages. And to make it worse they sent us to collections after numerous attempts to contact the office. DO NOT RENT HERE"

"My parents were residents at the Tuscany. It was a wonderful experience the maintenance was amazing and customer service was great, however when it was time to move out, a year later. It feels as if the management team here is trying to take advantage of the elderly in the community. My parents had a walk-through with the manager and the property manager signed off on the inspection that everything looked great. A couple weeks later, my parents received a bill in the mail saying the padding was damaged and was asked if they owned a dog. The padding was not damaged and they never owned a dog. We have been working to get in touch with the manager as they are trying to get additional money for damage that was not on the final inspections report. Each day my parents have checked with the management team, they have been made to wait until someone contacts them. It feels as if the management team is trying to take advantage of the elderly in the community."

"Update: I bought a home recently, and working with Yvonne and the people in the office made my move anxiety free. I would happily live at Tuscany forever, if not for moving into my new, beautiful home. Thanks for making my time at Tuscany pleasant and comfortable. My husband and I are selling our home and moving to the Tuscany apartment homes upon closing of the sale. We have high praise for the professional staff we are working with: Yvonne, William and Ashley. We especially appreciate William for the time and effort he took to see that our needs for a view, enough space, and a garage can be met by several of the Tuscany floor plans. The office was busy the day we spent several hours working with William, but we could see that Yvonne has a talent for managing an intense environment with phones ringing and people coming in for various reasons. Nobody in the office missed a beat. We felt that we were the focus and we know that when we are ready to move, we will be welcomed into the beautiful Tuscany. I consider it an Italian Village with gorgeous grounds and a pleasant, upbeat feel to it."

"Moved to Tuscany a month ago. I had a few service requests initially upon move in. My dishwasher was not connected properly and my garbage disposal did not work. However, upon calling the office; maintenance came over right away and took care of the issues. The Staff is amazing, the Manager Yvonne, Assistant Manger Kasi and the Leasing Agent Elizabeth are super friendly and welcomed me right away. Great location !"

"These apartments are fantastic and I will love to give them a 10 star review if I could but its only 5. My wife and I have lived her for past 6 years and have had no problems at all. My wife and I decided to buy us a townhouse and we were still in a contracted lease but the office staff was amazing and went above and beyond to get us out our lease with minimum fees to pay out of pocket. I appreciate all they did and made my move painless and was very nice and helpful about it. If your looking for a nice place to stay with great staff come to Tuscany. Thank You!"
