"I left a review about the noise which is unbearable. I couldn't respond to the review, so here it goes. I have rented here for close to four years now. I saw a broken window for about 6 weeks. BREAKINS pretty regular, although on the street, can't have guests. The landscapers are WAY loud, don't expect to work from home. Neighbors slam doors and think they live in their own single until. Staff is cool don't get me wrong but don't expect peace and quiet. I pay 3000 for a 2 bedroom and it's no more than another apartment in Las Vegas. WAY OVER PRICED for no luxuries. It's getting worse too."

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. unbearable noise 24/7, rude neighbors, and management won't do anything about it, and will even act condescending or just plain ignore you. Had to call the cops way too many times... To top it all my car was vandalized inside of the premises, and of course neither management nor their "security" did anything about it. Now I finally moved out they want to keep charging me, what a horrible place."

"Never have I ever loved an apartment so much in my life!! I just extended my lease as I can’t imagine living anywhere else this glamorous :-) From the details of the individual units to the entire community vibe everything has been taken into account and perfected! Every time I invite someone new to our community they take a deep breath in and it’s always the same “wow it smells incredible in here, so clean and fresh”. This is 100% true as the team works around the clock to ensure we have the most optimal living situation!!! The community that our managers have built is on the same heightened level :-) all of the residents that live in this community are fantastic - I’ve made so many friends, business partners, etc., the goodness just keeps going, every month is better than the last! Ps. I have jets in my bathtub, hummingbirds visit my balcony daily plus the views I have of the mountains bring endless smiles to my face :)"

"I cannot fathom why this place has 3.1 stars here on google. Marivel and Jamie, whom work in the leasing office, were two of the best leasing agents I have ever worked with. They were attentive and informative. They went above and beyond for my girlfriend and I. From the moment I walked in to tour the property, I knew I could live here. Our apartment is gorgeous and I feel as though we got a great deal. The immediate availability of places to eat, grab a cup of coffee (cuppa), or workout is a huge plus. From what I was told, the place was originally zoned for condos and all the units are not the same, so the photos of mine may not look like yours. I appreciate the community events they put together here, including the car washes and blood drives. They also had a super bowl party that was great! All in all, 95% of the people I have met since I moved into here have been pleasant people. There is a crazy old lady with two dogs that’s a problem, but I digress...... Rob from facilities is awesome as well. If you have a request he will take care of it in a reasonable time.. If you stop in to take a tour, tell them Lenny sent you from google."
