"After initial delays in communication, we were relieved to work with Mark, the new(ish) property manager. He started on the day we moved in and has made everything easy since we arrived. We got off to a rough start with Greystar due to the severe communication issues prior to move-in, but Mark’s exceptional service and kindness has smoothed everything over for us. The community itself is quiet, safe, and the neighbors are great. The pool, hot tub, and property are well maintained."

I believe a story about Townes @Peace Way will hopefully resonate collectively but for now I can say that I am truly & finally at Peace and the magic of it all is that I manifested living at Townes at Peace Way after quite a journey. Rachael Sigmund helped me through every phone call, email and text through the course of 7 months. A true professional, attentive to every detail so that when the universe was ready to place me in my New Home on Peace Way, everything would align beautifully! Synchronicity after synchronicity Rachael was witness to it all and she is not only an incredible leasing manager but also makes sure the property is always clean and keeps us all accountable to Townes at Peace Way’s high standards. It’s the quietest and cleanest construction site I have ever experienced living among. Jeff, the project manager was more than gracious with anything that needed it’s tweaking since it a New Build! The finishes and interiors are top quality and very cutting edge.. love the lighting, high ceilings and wonderful high end appliances. For the size, quality, location, 2 car garage and overall feel of a true Home with our private address, it’s incomparable! It’s turning out to be a wonderful community with a blend of young professionals, families with kids and local small business owners, I’m so happy to be living my best life, finishing a book I’m writing and in Place I will call home for the next several years and how wonderful it is that I’m living in a community that is called Townes @ Peace way off of Serenity Star .. finally feeling peace & serenity."
