"I give it 4 stars but there are some issues that I think should have been taken care of before someone moved. We have not been able to utilize the entire apartment. Although the apartment is very nice and somewhat move in ready. There are some things that needs fixing."

"We have lived here for almost 2 years and we are very happy. In fact we started out with a two bedroom then moved to three bedroom the transition was easy. The apartments are well managed. The office manager Jasmony is great! He is an exceptional manager. Very conscientious as well as concerned about every tenant. It's always a pleasure speaking with him. Any issues that come up are dealt with immediately. We have the best maintenance/handyman, Frank! Frank is very efficient, friendly, courteous, and attentive! So very happy we did NOT MOVE INTO THE UNITS NEXT DOOR! Please know that you have a great team working for you here at the Tierra villas!"
"I loved my stay at Tierra Villas! Jessie in the office is awesome and very nice. Moises in maintenance is great too. Community is very well kept and upscale. Very big units with excellent pricing. Neighborhood is very nice, quiet and safe. This was our unit :)"
