"This is a bitter sweet moment. Brandy, we wanted to say thank you for you and your hard working team. You made our stay amazing for the past 4 years here at Echelon. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The size of the apartments, are like the size of house. The property very clean, and smells nice. When you see something that needs to be done, you go above and beyond to make sure its completed in a respectful manner. I have seen you out there with a dust pan and broom around the property. You wear all kinds of hats and a job well done!!! The Owner & Management team should be very proud to have you as the face of this property. I hope they really know that. Thank you and I only wish you nothing but the best!!!"
"I recently called the emergency number due to a water leak under my kitchen sink. Robert (Maintenance Supervisor) responded in under 30 seconds to my call and temporarily fixed the issue. Full repair was completed within 24 hours. It was an amazing response to my request for assistance. Brandy, (Property Manager) inquired the following day regarding any flooding affiliated issues. Brandy's impeccable customer service orientation and friendly, welcoming demeanor makes Echelon at Centennial Hills my preferred living location."
"We have a service call pending. It has not been completed yet, was sent to me as completed and to do a survey. How can I do a survey when the work order was closed out by the office even though it was not completed? This happens a lot."
"DO NOT rent here! I promise you, you would consider it one of the biggest mistakes you have ever made in your life if you do.
